What we require:
A completed academic education (at least a Master’s degree) in a relevant subject area
Interest in and affinity with policy research
Experience with different social science research methods
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to work independently, but also be a team player
Ability to work according to planning
Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
Knowledge of relevant ICT applications (Word, Excel, SPSS, Outlook, browser, etc.)

The international department of Panteia is always looking for ambitious, internationally oriented, academic professionals for our increasing workload in the European research markets. We are dependent on excellent research capacity for the writing of tender proposals (mainly for the European Commission) and the performance of policy research.
Therefore, we wish to remain in touch with experienced policy researchers who are interested in a position as Researcher or Account Manager at all times. In addition, we regularly have vacancies for talented junior professionals. It is also possible to do an internship in our organisation and we offer interns the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of our international projects, from contributing to proposals and reports, to organising cross-country networks.
The procedure will then be as follows:
You will receive a confirmation of receipt of your open application. Thereafter, it will be reviewed and you will receive the results of this review in a timely manner. If there are vacancies or expected vacancies and you are regarded as a suitable candidate, you will be invited for a first interview. Usually, a second interview will follow. Moreover, there will be a test at this stage. By means of a concrete case, we will examine your analytical capabilities and your writing skills. Finally, we will inform you about the outcome of the procedure and the reasons behind our decision.
