The project aims to improve the business environment for SMEs of the Caribbean by:

establishing an enabling SME policy framework, which addresses the issues of private sector development/SME policies and strategies,

preparing institutional arrangements for public-private dialogue, by bringing together actors from the public and private sectors in order to carry out a joint problem analysis and identify policies and institutional reforms,
-
institutional strengthening and capacity building of business support organisations (BSO);
-
contributing to improved competitiveness of SMEs participating in the programme.
The countries include: Anguilla, Aruba, Bonaire, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Curaçao, Montserrat, Saba, Saint Barthélemy, St. Eustatius, Sint Maarten, and the Turks and Caicos Islands.
